With experience in many fields of manufacture including, Injection Moulding, Plastic Extrusion, Metal Stamping, Roll forming, Continuous Coil Coating, Textile Coating and Slitting, Powder Coating, Zinc Plating and Waste Treatment. Solidworks Office Professional allows us to Create, Test, and Fine Tune, perform Engineering analysis and consider viability before any physical work begins on tooling or machinery. Multiple parts can be assembled and mating parts checked for fit prior to production of tooling. Linkage and pivot points can be mated so that actual movements can be simulated between multiple parts. Manufacturing Processes and Machinery designed on Solidworks can be animated to provide valuable information with regard to any unforseen issues such as interference between close fitting parts or collision detection of moving parts.
